Description
The Elf is the first unit that spawns from the Elf Camp. It spawns when the Elf Camp is at Levels 0-2. As with other units, it starts from the end of the map path and moves towards the entrance of the map. It would collide with each enemy it meets until it dies. The Elf initially has a spawnrate of 15 seconds, meaning that every 15 seconds, an Elf associated with a Level 0-2 Elf Camp will appear. The Elf is replaced by the Guardian Elf for Levels 3-4 of the Elf Camp.
Appearance
The Elf has pale skin and blond hair. It wears a green shirt with a brown belt and red details, green and red hat with a golden star, dark green pants and brown shoes.
Strategy
The Elf is great for weak enemies that spawn initially during the round, like the Normal, Abnormal, Speedy or Quick. When the Slow or Heavy enemies spawn, you should have a more solid defense than just Elves. However, multiple Elves can be used to defeat these enemies. When the Normal Boss or Elite Abnormal appears, you should be upgrading your Elf Camp to spawn stronger units. On two-pathed maps, only one Elf will spawn per Level 0-2 Elf Camp. It will go down a random path. The Elf can be somewhat useful against Hidden enemies if your other towers do not have hidden detection. The Elf cannot collide with Ghost enemies like Souls. The Elf can deal full collision damage to enemies with defense, like the Heavy or Elite Abnormal. The Elf will struggle against any enemy with abilities that damage units because of its low health. For example, if the Fallen King uses its Sword Swing attack, and an Elf is caught in the attack, it is instantly defeated.
