Strategy
The High Roller pairs well with Tycoon, due to multiplying income.
However, transferring money can be very inconvenient.
The High Roller's ability to naturally attract Lightning can be negated by obtaining a Lightning Rod and being near it.
High Roller synergizes well with the Electrocutioner, as they can attract lighting bolts to come down and strike a Lightning Rod near the gun to charge it.
If a Lightning Rod is unavailable, other players should keep their distance from High Rollers during lightning nights as there's a good chance a lightning bolt meant to hit the High Roller can also hit players standing next to one.
Pros & cons
Collects 1.5x the money from Money Bags (example: a gold bar gives 75$, instead of 50.)
This allows to purchase more supplies in the starting outpost.
Very useful whenever money is relatively limited, such as early game, team runs or in Nightmare Mode.

Before the 16/3/2025 Update, the High Roller could obtain 2x the money from Money Bags. It was nerfed to 1.5x after it was discovered that a High Roller could buy a Revolver and sell it for more than it was worth, allowing for infinite money.
For a very brief period, the High Roller only had an 8-8.5x chance to be struck by Lightning.
In the real world, the term "high roller" is used to describe people who consistently wager large amounts of money when gambling.
