Orca is an Exotic fish found during the Orca Migration event in the Ocean.
The Orca is a highly elusive Exotic fish obtainable in The Ocean during a Orca Migration abundance. Due to its high rarity, it makes for a challenging catch, moving erratically across the fishing bar. When reeling it in, -80% Progress Speed is applied. When hooked, a will pop above the player's head, and a shimmering sound is played - as with all Exotic fish.

Obtainment
The Orca is obtainable in The Ocean during an Orca Migration, which lasts roughly 15 minutes. An Orca Migration event occurs 1 hour after a server is made, and the next one occurs 1 hour after the last Orca Migration ended. There are 6 Orcas in an Orca Migration. There is a 1/111 chance of reeling an orca. (1/71 with Aurora Borealis)
Notes
The Orca Migration has a 5% chance of being an Ancient Orca Migration also called the Albine Orcas Migration. Rod Of The Forgotten Fang's passive can catch the orca every third catch, as long as the fish caught every third catch is a Mythical. This will not decrease the number of Orcas, meaning you can get an infinite number of Orcas. Using Merlin's luck and Shark Heads will greatly increase your chances of catching an Orca. It is recommended to use Rod Of The Forgotten Fang as it can easily catch Orcas because of its good and ability to duplicate your fish. The Orca's Progress Speed penalty can be reduced with the enchantments Steady, Blessed Song or the Tempest Rod's passive ability.

Patch history
The Orca used to be a Legendary rarity, but this has since been changed to Exotic in Hotfix 1.16.2. The Orca and the Ancient Orca are the third and fourth cetacean added to Fisch, after the Dolphin and the Eternal Frostwhale. It is possible to catch the Orca with the passive abilities of the Rod Of The Depths, Rod of The Eternal King, and Rod Of The Forgotten Fang. Yet the Steady Rod with Resilient enchantment can be used to catch an Orca, as it has a very high of, which makes even a Colossal Squid an easy catch.
