Obtainment
The Fast Rod can be obtained for in Moosewood, the island where new players spawn in. It's located in Moosewood Village at the Merchant, Marc's Shop, in the same area where the Training Rod, Plastic Rod, Lucky Rod, and Carbon Rod can be found.
