Description
XR600 was the first vehicle that spawned from the Mecha Base. It spawned when the Mecha Base was at Level 0 or Level 1. As with other units, it started from the end of the map path and moved towards the entrance of the map. The XR600 had a spawnrate of 60 seconds at Level 0. At Level 1, spawnrate was changed to 45 seconds. XR600 could attack enemies with its turret.
Appearance
XR600 was a blue tracked mech. The operator could shoot from its turret. The operator itself had yellow skin, its torso and legs were black, and it wore white goggles.
Strategy
XR600 can be useful against hordes of high health enemies like the Giant Boss, Chained Boss or Slow Boss. Due to its long range, it can easily attack enemies from a long distance. On two-pathed maps, only one XR600 will spawn per Level 0-1 Mecha Base. It will go down a random path in some maps, like Infernal Abyss, but may always go down one specific path in other maps, like Badlands. The XR600 can deal full collision damage to shielded enemies, like the Summoner Boss and Templar. Even more interestingly, damage from its turrets is not capped, meaning that the XR600 can operate at maximum DPS against these enemies. However, due to its low health and DPS for the time these appear, it is not recommended to use the XR600 against these enemies. As with other units, the firerate and range of XR600 cannot be boosted by the Commander or DJ Booth, respectively. XR600 cannot be stunned by any enemy, making it very useful against such enemies. However, such enemies generally only appear on later waves, where the XR600 will not perform well due to its low health and DPS. While XR600 can collide with Hiddens and Ninjas, it cannot detect them. Do note that because of its low health, the XR600 can be easily destroyed if it collides with multiple of them.
