Appearance

Like other Twisteds, she has red eyes and more red circles in each iris. She also has a purple shadow on her face. Her right eye twitches when chasing a Toon.
Mechanics
Twisted Flutter is a fast Twisted who hunts down the Toons similarly to. While Twisted Flutter is slower than Twisted Toodles, she makes up for this with her higher detection range to see Toons slightly further away. Her higher range also gives her more perception of her surroundings, allowing her to see Toons slightly easier to the sides and behind her compared to Twisteds with a normal detection range. Completely opposite of she has no idle time, meaning she doesn't stop at all while roaming. Her roaming speed is also almost the same as her chasing speed, allowing her to patrol the floor faster than other Twisteds.
Strategies
Twisted Flutter has almost the same Stats as an average Twisted, but her constant speed and unstoppable search is a requirement of constant alert and patience. This Twisted can be gone for a while and then unexpectedly turn back to her previous nodes in a short time thanks to her idle time being zero (0) frames. If you have average or below average Movement Speed, some obstacles that can shield you from both patrolling and pursuing can help while she is targeting you, as she can suddenly give up on you only to catch you in her sight again, wasting the Stamina you had used to escape. Due her fast Walk Speed, she can come to the same place that you're in many times, making it quite time-consuming to finish Machines in those places. For that reason, it is slightly easier to be a fast extractor like or, so you finish Machines fast before she patrols to you and your Machines. It is very easy to distract her as she just matches 's speed, so her mechanic won't affect you at all. During the Easter Event, when a Spring Fever occurs Twisted Flutter will be the most dangerous Twisted along with Twisted Flyte, as her roam and run speed will be much faster from the Buff. Given that she will be faster than even Twisted Pebble when roaming, it can maker her a big threat when doing Machines in an open area, as she can ambush you unexpectedly. Thankfully, due to the secondary effect Spring Fevers give to Twisteds, being, Twisted Flutter's attention span is halved, making it easier to escape from her sight.

Twisted Flutter and her brother walk and chase speed are practically identical, only with a 0.5 increase when they start chasing a Toon; her speed practically doesn't change unless Panic Mode is activated. The walk and chase speed of the two, when compared to each other, is also practically the same, with a difference of only one unit. This gives Twisted Flutter the highest Walk Speed out of any Twisted, along with. In concept art, Twisted Flutter appeared out of a hole in a wall, and her proboscis was elongated enough to form itself into a noose-like shape. It is unknown how Twisted Flutter was originally going to act prior to how she currently functions now with the traits she almost had. This motif may have been reworked into. Twisted Flutter doesn't make stops as she wanders around the Floors, like her brother in his own Twisted state. This also means that she has a unique route, covering more locations on the Floor than most Twisteds and sometimes covering more locations than. Twisted Flutter, Twisted Tisha, (non-enraged), Twisted Flyte, and are the only Twisteds to have unique routes. The semi-Holiday sibling duos for Easter and Halloween (Twisted Flutter, Twisted Flyte, and Twisted Soulvester) all fly. Twisted Flutter and Twisted Tisha's mechanics are the complete opposite from each other. Twisted Flutter doesn't stop moving at all while she roams, never stopping to idle, while Twisted Tisha has a much longer idle time of 10 seconds (which is actually the longest time in the game).
