Description

The Conserver was the final boss of The Nightmare Realm, second night of the Hexscape Event. It had a high amount of health but walked much slower than every enemy that appeared before it. It was also a Boss enemy, granting it multiple immunities. The Conserver had four abilities: The first was Endbringer, which was only activated if all the Super Computer parts were not fixed before the Conserver spawned. This made the Conserver have its health multiplied by 7.5, with the base health going from 80,000 to 600,000 in the Easy difficulty and from 400,000 to 3,000,000 in the Hard difficulty. Its second ability was Spirit Release, which made it fire out multiple skulls from its body. These stunned towers for 3 seconds while also applying a 40% Scared Debuff for 10 seconds, including non-humanoid towers. Towers would also have ghosts appear out of them. The third ability was Summon, which summoned ten Forsaken Skull with a 0.3 delay between each and seven Bloated Hex Revenants with a 0.8 delay, while also healing itself by 1,000. Its last ability, Void Smash made it slam its club on the ground, creating multiple thorns that stunned any tower hit for 4 seconds.

Appearance

The Conserver's body was made entirely out of what appears to be molten slag or lava. It wore black armor, which covered most of its body. Its helmet had multiple horns. Additionally, it had spikes seen around its head that resembled teeth. On its back, it had the Artificial God Cube. It wielded a black club with neon red insides, which had three eyes on it.

Strategy

Super Computer should be fixed by purchasing every single Super Computer Parts before the Conserver spawns. Otherwise, its health will be multiplied by 7.5, making it extremely hard to beat if playing on the Easy difficulty, but outright impossible to kill in the Hard difficulty. High DPS towers, like the Engineer, Accelerator, Ranger or Minigunner, are great choices against the Conserver. While expensive, they can be upgraded quite easily as the Conserver gives 40,000 every 5% health lost. Because of this, more expensive towers like the Turret or Gatling Gun can also be afforded, despite their high costs. The DJ Booth can be useful at reducing their upgrade costs, making it easier to afford them, while also boosting their damage and range. The Commander can also be used to boost the DPS of your towers. The Conserver can reduce tower range by 40% for multiple seconds with its Spirit Release ability. This can be partially mitigated using the DJ Booth's Range Buffs, with its purple track providing the biggest buff. The Medic can be useful at cleansing stuns from towers with its ability, though it cannot be used to remove debuffs applied by the Conserver. The Golden Cowboy and Cowboy can be great methods of affording expensive towers with high DPS.

Trivia

The Conserver's club may have been based on Mimicry, a weapon found in Lobotomy Corporation. Both weapons have eyes growing on them in a similar fashion. Under specific conditions, the Conserver had the highest health in the game. If in a hard difficulty trio, with a broken Super Computer, and Bloated, the Conserver could have 6,375,100 health.
