Outlaw Camps is a location in Dead Rails — Building, Rare Building.
Outlaw Camps are small collections of tents surrounded by Torches and some clothes drying rack that spawn randomly throughout the map. They often contain Weapons, Ammunition, and some Valuables, making it a good idea to loot them. However, as their name suggests, they are occupied by Outlaws who will fire on any player who gets too close. However, the loot present within them often makes looting Outlaw Camps worth the risk, especially in the early game.

Strategies
If the player is using the Vampire (Class), or in general has a Vampire Knife, it can help in easily defeating the Outlaws. Maintain a safe distance and snipe the Outlaws with a gun, preferably a Rifle. Take advantage of the Outlaws' slow speed and use it to outrange them, as they can only shoot so far. Try strafing while shooting at the Outlaws to avoid being hit as often. If you don't have a gun, you can make the Outlaws get stuck on their own tents, allowing you to easily kill them with a melee weapon. Exercise caution when attempting this.
Trivia
The amount of loot that spawns in Outlaw Camps seems to scale with the number of Outlaws present within them. Occasionally, Outlaw Camps will spawn with no Outlaws in them. These empty camps tend to yield slightly less loot than the ones with Outlaws in them. Outlaw Camps can contain nearly as much weapons as Fort Constitution due to how guaranteed weapons are in the camp Despite Outlaws both inhabiting Outlaw Camps and the Outlaw's Town, loot in Outlaw Camps are more diverse than the loot in the Outlaw's Town, with Weapons, Valuables, Healing Items and Armor, rather than just Firearms and Ammunition like in the Outlaw's Town.
