Overview[1]
Coastal Quickstop is one of the maps in Natural Disaster Survival. It was added in 2014 in the first major update since game release.
The map features a coastal region with docks and a huge lighthouse, alongside some other structures. Out of the 4 other structures besides the lighthouse, is a two-story building, consisting of several windows, a chimney-like pipe, a clothes hanger, and a ladder, giving access to the roof. The main part of the map is a tall red-and-white lighthouse. This lighthouse has a spiral staircase leading up to the top, where there is a small balcony. Surrounding the buildings are several trees, a large 2-bay dock, and a small watchtower. The map also features a small well.

Survival Tips
Acid Rain - Hide under a tree or the first floor of either the two story building or the lighthouse. Avalanche - It's recommended to find a cave in the Mountain, since there aren't many parts to shield you from the snow. Even if you have a Green Balloon, you might take some damage from the snow. Blizzard - Hide in a corner with other players in the lighthouse, two story building, or any of the two huts located on the map. Deadly Virus - Find a comfortable part of the map where nobody will follow you and keep moving if people are following you, especially with a balloon. Earthquake - Outside, away from buildings. If you are inside the lighthouse, by the well, or on the docks once the disaster starts, the structures will immediately fall into the water, since the land that holds these structures up are destructible and can be easily destroyed in a disaster. Fire - On the grass away from buildings, at the edge of the dock works as well, but this is not recommended, as if the docks catch on fire, there is no escape route without the Balloon. Flash Flood - Go on top of the brown house with that second-floor balcony. Not the lighthouse as it can easily topple over. (EXTREMELY DIFFICULT WITHOUT GREEN BALLOON!) Meteor Shower - It's best to stay under the stairs on the bottom floor of the lighthouse, or outside dodging the meteors. Sandstorm - Outside, away from buildings in the opposite direction of the wind. Thunderstorm - In any building. Tornado - Outside, on the edge of the map or to stay on the docks, generally avoiding the tornado.
Trivia
This is one of three maps to have an extension beyond the edge of Disaster Island, the other two being Factory Frenzy and Devastation Station. It is also the first map to do so. You can jump in the well onto a bucket to survive multiple disasters, however it is not recommended as it's very thin and you can fall through. It can also be unanchored The trampoline at the top right side of the map does not actually propel you upward, but instead pushes you down giving the effect of a working trampoline. This is most likely because the original velocity function for the trampoline was deprecated by new functions for Roblox's physics, and was broken in the process. This bug happens in other old experiences/games with trampolines as well (such as old models of Crossroads). This map is shown alongside Fire, and Flash Flood in one of the thumbnails of Natural Disaster Survival. The small house on the map, the door sometimes will remain anchored. However, in some cases, you can move it.
