Overview[1]
Surf Central is one of the maps in Natural Disaster Survival. The map has a beach with a shop that sells surfboards.
Surf Central has a beach that covers half of the island. There are six umbrellas scattered across the sand, with most of them having lounge chairs or mats under the umbrellas, and two lifeguard towers with one orange umbrella each. There is also a small beach volleyball field on the sand. A truss leads to a patch of elevated, unbreakable land with a short road. Behind that is a two-story orange shop with surfboards inside, and a large porch at the front, also with a truss at the back.

Surviving Tips
Acid Rain - Under the stairs of the shop. Avalanche - Go behind the elevated land for the protection of snow or find a cave in the Mountain. Blizzard - Hide in a corner inside the shop, near the surfboards. Deadly Virus - Depends on what the infected players do, generally avoid other players. Earthquake - Same as Fire. Try not to get on the sand, because the sand platforms might fling or damage you. Fire - Go on to the grass next to the shop. NOT the sand, as it can catch on fire. Flash Flood - Same as tsunami. Meteor Shower - Stay inside or go outside and dodge the meteors. Sandstorm - Go to the opposite way of where the bricks are blowing or use the elevation as a shield against flying debris. Thunderstorm - The first floor of the shop, under the stairwells. Tornado - Run away from the Tornado. Tsunami - The top of the shop, or just stay on the ground Volcanic Eruption - Go on the volcano, or away from the volcano.
Patch history
The sand that covers the entire lower portion of the map are considered different blocks, so they can possibly send players flying during a Sandstorm. This also means that the sand will burn during a Fire. The map is one of three that have uneven terrain, the other two being Manic Mansion and Raving Raceway. If you survive a Tsunami in this map for the first time, you will obtain the "Surf's Up" badge. It was added during the development of the game before it was officially released.
