Survival Tips

Acid Rain - First floor under the stairs of the rocket tower. Avalanche - Go to the opposite side of the map, or stay on the Mountain Blizzard - Hiding in a corner of the tower is an option, and hiding in the rocket is another option, assuming it has not been launched. Firing up the engines of the rocket but not launching it can also help bring warmth during a blizzard. Deadly Virus - Depends on what the infected players do - generally don't try to board the rocket. Earthquake - Go on the grass, and jump repeatedly and avoid any bricks nearby. If you are in the rocket when the disaster starts, it will nosedive into the ocean, killing you. Fire - Avoid any burning bricks and go on the grass. Flash Flood - Go on one of the towers or launch the rocket. The 'square shaped' rocket launch tower can be unsuitable for a Flash Flood, since it can be unstable. So better go the narrow launch tower instead. Meteor Shower - Find shelter or watch the sky to avoid being hit by meteors. The rocket is also a good option as it goes outside of the meteor spawning range. Sandstorm - Go to the opposite side of where the bricks are flying. Thunderstorm - Under the stairs in the rocket tower. Do not launch the rocket during a thunderstorm, as the lightning can destroy the engines, killing everyone in it. Tornado - Stay away from the tornado. Tsunami - Go on the rocket tower or launch the rocket. Volcanic Eruption - Go on the volcano, or far away from the volcano.

Launching the Shuttle

To launch the space shuttle for the people inside, you will need to do the following things: When the players go inside the ship, release the bridge to the shuttle from the yellow button at the top of the big tower. Start the engine in the rocket by pressing the red button inside the rocket. Press the top button on the second tower. Release the bottom button on the second tower. Watch as the rocket flies up. CAUTION: Launching the rocket before a disaster starts is virtually impossible, with the exception of Deadly virus, so it is recommended to launch it as soon as possible. If the rocket flies to the side, that means the launch failed and everyone inside the rocket will die. A solution to surviving disasters in this map is to fly with the spaceship. When in the spaceship, you become invulnerable to almost all disasters as you are out of its range. However, using the rocket to survive can be risky, since misusing the vehicle results in an instant death. Using the rocket ship during a Blizzard, Sandstorm, Acid Rain, Meteor Shower, Earthquake or a Thunderstorm is not a good idea, as the disasters can destroy the engines which can fling and kill everyone in the rocket. But it is much safer during a Deadly Virus, Fire, Tsunami, Tornado, Volcanic Eruption, Avalanche, or a Flash Flood to ride the rocket as long as if it was not launched late. If you decide to not risk going in the rocket, to help others go in it or were too slow, the base is a very good map. It has two towers both of which can hold shelter of multiple disasters.

Trivia

Most of the time, the rocket tilts and falls in the ocean, this mostly happens when the rocket is launched before the bridge is disconnected, as it causes the rocket to collide with it, plus making it tilt and fly directly into the ocean, killing everyone on it. If the core stage is mostly destroyed but the rocket itself remains intact, it's possible for the rocket to smoothly fly. If you are inside the rocket when it's launched, you will earn the badge "Rocket Escape!" This map was added on January 9, 2018. In the event of a fire, it will always start from the intersection between the tower and the bridge leading to the rocket. During a Thunderstorm, there is a small chance that the rocket will be struck by lightning in midair. This instantly obliterates the rocket to pieces, swiftly killing anyone inside it. The name, and the type of the rocket in real life is a Space Shuttle and its name is "Discovery" by NASA. It's possible that you can survive this map by only riding the Rocket, as long it stays straight. The rocket's ignition sound can be extremely loud for players, as it was originally set to volume level 5. This is currently the only map where you can troll players other than using the Blue Hammer. If you click the yellow button on the top of the square shaped launch tower, the bridge connecting the aforementioned structure to the rocket will fall on the ground. If there are players on it, they will most likely die of fall damage.
