Description

The Corrupted Conserver was the final boss of Nil Zone as part of the first Halloween 2025 Live Event. It can currently only be accessed through Sandbox mode if the player has its Logbook. It had a high amount of health though it walked quite slowly. It was also a Boss enemy, granting it multiple immunities, making it significantly harder to slow down. The Conserver has three abilities. Its first ability is Spirit Release, which makes it fire out multiple skulls from its body. These stun towers for 3 seconds while also applying a 40% Scared Debuff for 10 seconds. Towers will also have ghosts appear out of them. The second ability is Summon, which summons five Enigmas with a 0.3 delay between each, ten Actor2s with a 0.8 delay and five Unknown Bosses with a 0.8 delay, while also healing itself by 1,000. Its last ability, Void Smash makes it slam its club on the ground, creating multiple thorns that stun any tower hit for 4 seconds.

Appearance

The Corrupted Conserver's body is made entirely out of what appears to be purple molten slag or lava. It wears black armor, which covers most of its body. Its helmet has multiple horns. Additionally, it has spikes seen around its head that resemble teeth. It wields a black club with neon purple insides, which has three eyes on it.

Event Strategy

As this enemy only appears through Sandbox mode, no strategy section is made for its current version. Instead, a strategy section for the one that appeared without Sandbox mode in Nil Zone is listed instead. High DPS towers like the Golden Minigunner, Accelerator, Turret or Engineer are recommended against this. High range towers that cannot be stunned like the Ranger and Pursuit are also useful, as they can attack the Corrupted Conserver at all times while also being mostly unaffected by its Scared Debuff. The Commander and DJ Booth can be useful at providing boosts to your towers. The Medic can be used to shield your towers from stuns, but it cannot be used to shield them from the Scared Debuff. It can also provide boosts to towers it shields. The Corrupted Conserver's Summon ability will summon in high numbers of enemies, which due to them at best being 25% of the Corrupted Conserver's health can easily overwhelm your defenses. AOE towers like the Mortar or Rocketeer can be helpful, though do note that the ability contains Actor2s which are immune to Splash Damage. Stalling towers can be helpful as the enemies summoned on top of being quite strong are way faster than the Corrupted Conserver. Such towers include the Electroshocker and Toxic Gunner.

Update History

4 October 2025 - v1.76.2b Corrupted Conserver added. 4 October 2025 - v1.76.2d Corrupted Conserver removed from the main game, now appears exclusively in Sandbox mode.

Trivia

The Corrupted Conserver has one of the strongest summons in the entire game, as they have a total health of 273,500 with Defense and the healing of the ability accounted for, but not Enigma's summons. If Enigma summons are accounted for, the lowest possible value is five Actor1s without Bloated or Health Regen, which increases it to 288,500, while the highest is five Actor3s with Bloated, which increases it to 473,500.
